I am Mark Weiss the CEO of LeaseWise, LLC. I have been involved in business financial services for over 25 years. Excellent Customer Service, Professionalism and Client Satisfaction are what we strive for. For more than 25 years Mark J. Weiss has provided a variety of financial products and services to thousands of satisfied clients. Our commitment is to provide to all of our clients timely and professional responses to their inquiries. Over the years it has become apparent that there is no single financing package that fits all sets of circumstances. The financial needs of the established business owner will differ greatly from the financial needs of the start-up business. Therefore, we have evolved to become an “expeditor” in providing business financing for buying equipment, an existing business.

Financing is available to cover all types of business equipment such as equipment for printing, medical dental practices, and food preparation and photo processing. Any equipment used for business purposes can be considered. We offer equipment financing to small and medium-sized businesses for terms from 24 to 84 months. This financing generally ranges from $25,000 to $1 million dollars. Financing can also be arranged for the purchase of a Franchise or an existing business.
| Small Business Administration (SBA) Loans Arranged | ||

In the Northeast, we can also package loans for the Small Business Administration (SBA). These are loans for equipment, the acquisition of a business, real estate or other business projects. SBA loans are partially guaranteed by the U.S. Government and are available only to U.S. citizens and Permanent Residents. In our experience it is often the case that SBA lenders will consider financing terms and conditions that might be unacceptable when presented as a commercial loan request without SBA’s support.
