Commercial Mortgage Financing
It is sometimes the case that a business and property are being acquired at the same time. Certain types of businesses are acceptable to commercial lenders but not to SBA lenders. It is sometimes the case that we may divide the financing into a commercial loan for the acquisition of the business and a commercial mortgage or SBA mortgage financing for the purchase of the property. Generally, the same financials are used to request both loans.
